I currently work as an IT Support Engineer at Medical Offices of Manhattan in New York City, where I support over 1,000 users across multiple locations. My responsibilities include maintaining system reliability, supporting daily operations, ensuring HIPAA compliance, and managing endpoint security using tools such as BitDefender GravityZone and ThreatDown by Malwarebytes.
I hold CompTIA Security+ and ISC2 Certified in Cybersecurity (CC) certifications and continue to build practical skills through hands-on home lab projects, including working with SIEM platforms such as Wazuh, Splunk, and Microsoft Sentinel.
